Professional Experience 1995-present, Co-founder, Vice-Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Kurzweil Technologies, Inc. ("KTI"). 1996-1998, Co-founder, Vice-Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Kurzweil Educational Systems, Inc. ("KESI"). 1982-1995, Vice Chairman, Co-Founder and Director, Kurzweil Applied Intelligence, Inc. Major responsibilities in the areas of finance, marketing and organizational development. Responsible for launching Kurzweil VOICE, today's most advanced large vocabulary speech recognition system. 1982-1990, Vice Chairman, Co-Founder, and Director, Kurzweil Music Systems, Inc. KMS introduced the first computer music keyboard capable of accurately reproducing the sounds of the grand piano and other orchestral instruments, the Kurzweil 250. 1973-1982, Executive Vice President, Co-Founder, Xerox Imaging Systems (Formerly Kurzweil Computer Products, Inc.). This company developed the first print-to-speech reading machine for the blind, the Kurzweil Reading Machine. Responsibilities included marketing the company's first commercial products. Prior Experience Extensive experience in management training and organizational development at Citibank and Johnson & Johnson. Taught business and management courses at the college level.
